Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or hiring Cox Cleaning Services LLC ("we," "our," or "us") for cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Cox Cleaning Services provides professional commercial and residential cleaning services in the Vineland, NJ area, including but not limited to:

  • Janitorial and office cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Deep cleaning and disinfection
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Parking lot cleaning

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, property type, and scheduling.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the property or scope of work upon arrival.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. You will not be charged more than the agreed-upon price without your consent.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement between you and Cox Cleaning Services.
  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

Access & Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes clearing excessive clutter, securing pets, and ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
  • For recurring service contracts, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
  • Late payments may be subject to a fee and/or suspension of services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas identified and does not extend to a full re-cleaning of the entire property.

Liability & Damages

  • Cox Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please report it within 24 hours.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by defective items or surfaces.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service provided.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
  • Submit false or misleading information through our quote request forms
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cumberland County, New Jersey.
